Technologies Limited.
Any contract for purchases made through the web site will

and whose registered office is CTV house, La Pouquelaye, St
Helier, Jersey, JE2 3GF, Channel Islands. Our Terms &
Conditions apply to all transactions on our website, please
read through these carefully before placing your order and
then print a copy for future reference.
Our order acknowledgment is not a contract and does not constitute
an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer
to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After
you place an order, we reserve the right to accept, refuse,
or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited
to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors
in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web
site. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms
& conditions set forth within this site, including our
terms & conditions of sale. Our total liability shall
be limited to the price paid for the item which incurred the
liability.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the
goods that you order before your order can be despatched,
and the contract formed. Ownership of the goods are transferred
to you at the point of despatch of the goods to you from our
warehouse. Once payment has been received we will acknowledge
receipt of your order by sending an email to you at the email
address you provided. Our despatch of your order brings into
existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms.
Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not
form part of the contract.
We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case
of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing
on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with
regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have
ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email.
This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods,
and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the
amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
The prices payable for goods are as set out in the web site.
If the shipping address is in the UK, we will collect UK import
VAT from you on behalf of the consignee where necessary. Consignments
sent to the UK of a value of £18 or under are relieved
from import VAT under the current Low Value Consignment Relief
(LVCR) legislation. LVCR for VAT/TVA varies within other EU
states up to a limit of €22.
Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be
responsible for payment of VAT/TVA only where the consignment
value exceeds the local LVCR, and under those circumstances
may also be required to pay extra for delivery and customs
clearance if applicable.
Withdrawal By You From The Contract
In addition to the Guarantees provided by us, there are certain
circumstances in which you may have a lawful right to withdraw
from the contract and these are set out here.
a. You may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to
the end of the twenty first working day after you have received
the goods. You do not need to give us any reason for withdrawing
your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.
b. The only circumstances in which you cannot withdraw your
order are where you have taken the goods you have ordered
(or the ones in relation to which you want to withdraw) out
of the sealed package in which they were delivered.
c. To withdraw your order you must notify us in writing.
d. If you have received the goods before you withdraw your
order then, unless you have lost your right to withdraw because
you have taken the goods out of their sealed package, you
must send them back to us at your own cost and risk. If you
withdraw your order but we have already processed the goods
for delivery and you have received them, you must not unpack
the goods when they are received by you and you must send
the goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as
possible.
e. Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your
order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be
re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any
event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods
in question are returned by you and received by us in the
condition they were in when delivered to you.
Availability Of Goods You Order
If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered
by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum
debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to
your account and we will notify you by email at the address
given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as
soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation
for disappointment suffered.

item ordered will be treated as a separate sale and will be
shipped and paid for separately.
