Our returns procedure is fast, automated and (as you would expect) online. To generate the required Return Authorisation Number and return address click the RETURN ITEMS button below.
1. Please note that consumable items (ink cartridges, laser cartridges etc), which have already been consumed, cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Consumables are deemed to have been consumed when less than 70% full. If we receive consumables which are less than 70% full we will contact you by email and give you the option to either pay for them to be returned to you or for us to dispose of them safely on your behalf.
2. In order for us to process your return efficiently, you need a Return Authorisation ("RA") number and Freepost return address before sending anything to us.
3. Please be sure to write the RA number and Freepost address clearly and boldly on any package sent to us. In order to keep our prices low and our service fast and simple, we have automated our processes. Incorrectly marked or addressed packages cannot be processed effectively and will, therefore, delay or prevent a refund or replacement.
4. Since we have found that sometimes items are not returned once an exchange or refund has been received, our policy is that exchange items will not be shipped, nor refunds made, until the product in question is first received by us. If you need an immediate replacement we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
5. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your exchange or return after we receive it at our FREEPOST address. Note that in exceptional circumstance it may take your credit card processor up to 30 days to apply a credit to your account and that we have no control over the speed of their actions.
We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting certificate as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in the post.
